Ty Holland

I believe great work starts with a simple truth — your presence matters. Under my leadership, HeiPro is dedicated to creating work that makes a meaningful impact for our clients and their communities. Every decision, design, and strategy is built with clarity, purpose, and care.

I’ve been a software engineer since 2010, working mostly with startups alongside CEOs, CTOs, and leadership teams. Those experiences — the wins and the challenges — shaped how I lead today: communicate openly, work hard, and create room for real life and real people.

I live in Missouri with my wife and our three boys. When I’m not at work, I’m usually on the little league field or catching whatever sport is in season. It keeps me grounded, reminds me what matters, and fuels the way I lead here at HeiPro.
