MEET THE OWNERS
We're Alex & Elizabeth.
We’re business partners and close friends, with backgrounds in marketing, ESOPs, branding and website design, and business development. We might live across the country from each other, but we have virtual coffee together almost every morning, have a mutual love for the Green Bay Packers, and are passionate about growing our client’s businesses in sustainable and creative ways. From the start, we were aligned in our approach to website design and the kind of marketing agency we wanted to create.
From Elizabeth: Alex is a powerhouse and a change-maker. She is a natural connector of people, is always collaborating and brainstorming how to create a rock-solid strategy for the businesses we serve, and builds community wherever she goes. She is always creating ways to support others, including her own family. She is the rock of our team, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is a true pillar in her community.
Alex has a warm, confident, and calm presence that makes her a natural leader. I admire and celebrate Alex for being an incredible and present mother, always going above and beyond for our team and our clients, and being a true friend to so many (including me!)
From Alex: Elizabeth has a heart of gold and is tenacious in her values. She is grounded and has a true desire to find the good in everything and is a positive force every day. While she has an impeccable eye for design and excellent attention to detail (hence our Creative Director), her strategic thought process for our business and client projects is second to none.
Elizabeth is incredibly talented and a natural leader, mentor, and beautiful writer. Her commitment to being the best mom and wife is inspiring. She leads by example and cares deeply for her team and clients and is undoubtedly one of the most down-to-earth women you'll ever get the pleasure of meeting. I am blessed to have her in my life as a business partner, but even more so as a friend.

The hustle of running a business shouldn't take away from the quality time we spend with our family because... our presence with them matters too. And of course, this applies to how we show up for ourselves. We can't serve our clients, lead our team, or be fully present for our family if we don't show up for ourselves.
